Store Policies

  • How do you ship your products?
    • All of our products are shipped in rigid mailers with internal padding if necessary. We ship all US packages through USPS by Media Mail or Priority Mail. All international (outside the US) orders are sent by First Class Mail International USPS with rates applicable to large, rigid envelopes.
  • How long will it take to ship my order?
    • We ship all physical orders within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery time is subject to the USPS, but usually delivers within 3-7 business days from time of shipment for US Orders. (International post can take a bit longer— feel free to contact us for a delivery time estimate!) We also provide USPS tracking numbers for all orders as soon as they are shipped.
  • Do you accept returns/provide refunds?
    • We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase; please contact us if you are interested in a return! We refund orders upon return of merchandise within one month of purchase. Shipping cannot be refunded, however.

  • What do you do with the customer information collected?
    • Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order only. We completely respect our customers’ privacy; all collected information is kept confidential, and is not shared. We will never disclose your personal information without your explicit consent.
  • Will this privacy policy change?
    • No, this privacy policy will not change; we will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent.
